Deleting a chat (one to one and Group) from Zoho Cliq

Its not possible to delete a one-one or a group chat in Zoho Cliq.

However, you can convert the one-one or group chat into a Channel and then delete it. This will delete all the chat content and also remove it from History.

To convert a chat into a channel:

1. Select the 3 dots on the top right corner of the chat window. Select "Convert to Channel".

3. Select "Personal". Click on "Convert to Channel" button.

Now you can delete the Channel and it will delete the content and members, including history.

1. Go to "Channels" on the left pane.
2. Click on the 3 dots next to the required channel and select "Channel Info"

4. Click on the 3 dots to the left of  "Leave" button.
5. Select "Delete".
