SBA/BPA stuck at scan page

After the Mobile Access Portal Agent completes, if the ESOD does not start to scan the PC, leave current Edge tab open and open a new tab. Enter the URL "https://localhost:14186/id" in the URL field of the new tab and click “advanced” to accept continuing to site. Exit this Edge tab when complete and go back to the original SBA or BPA tab.
